Nina Rowan Heller is a leading health consultant, trainer, and teacher. She is the founder and CEO of Rowan Health Concepts, which for more than 24 years has provided holistic wellness services to clients ranging from corporate executives to Olympic athletes.
Trained as a mental health professional, Nina is passionate about personal growth and helping individuals find the energy, inspiration, and power they need to build a foundation that supports lifelong healthy living. Her areas of expertise include lifestyle change management consulting, fitness training and pain resolutions, and therapeutic nutritional supplementation. A highly regarded presenter, motivator, and facilitator, she regularly teaches group coaching courses, seminars, and retreats to individuals and business clients.
Nina is a close observer of our ever changing society and adapts her training to the evolving needs of her clients to provide the most holistic approach. Along with educating and teaching groups and businesses, she travels to select clients for intensive assessments, consultations, and interventions. She also coaches and advises by phone. In all cases, she develops a customized training regimen to help her clients grow, strengthen, and prosper.
Nina leads an active and engaged lifestyle – exercising, exploring, and experiencing diverse cultures. She loves challenges, thinks the human body is amazing, and understands that staying in curiosity keeps her learning and expanding every day.
Nina was raised in New Mexico, and then moved to Texas to receive her Masters from the University of Texas at Austin. She and her husband, Chris, divide their time between Austin, San Diego, and Newport Beach. They have four children; three daughters Alli, Sophie, and Olivia, and their son, Nick.
